Beijing - Police in the southern Chinese city of Haikou say a blade wielding man has sliced 10 youngsters outside an elementary school before slaughtering himself. Media reports say that none of the kids endured life-debilitating wounds, yet that two were genuinely harmed in Monday's assault.
